Teletherapy Partial Hospitalization Program for Adolescents

This intensive after-school teletherapy program focuses on helping teenagers deal with a variety of mental health and addiction issues.  The teletherapy program is designed to help teenagers understand the causes of their emotions and behaviors and then help them develop the tools they need to cope with the challenges of life.  The program also focuses on teaching teenagers effective communication and conflict resolution skills.  All teenagers are evaluated by a psychiatrist who works with the teenager and his/her family to address any medication issues that may arise.

In the evening, parents join the teenagers via teletherapy to address the conflicts and communication issues within the family.  These groups are designed to help the teenager and his/her family improve their communication and create a healthy atmosphere within the home.  The groups also help ensure that the teenager is dealing with those issues that matter most to the family.  These groups focus on effective parenting strategies, conflict resolution strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving skills within the family.  The groups also allow families to work through the conflicts that are occurring within the home and to develop the skills they need to resolve conflicts in the future.

Telehealth Intensive Outpatient Program for Adolescents

The Intensive Outpatient Teletherapy Program is a less intensive option to the Partial Hospitalization Program and is designed to help teenagers deal with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse issues, addictions, chemical dependency, low self-esteem, thoughts of suicide, self-destructive behaviors, bipolar disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, family problems, and communication issues.  Patients will participate in either the afternoon teletherapy groups with other teens or the family teletherapy sessions in the evening, based on the individualized treatment plan that is created with the treatment team.
